Group coaching consists of two sixty minute group telephone sessions a month. These groups of four to eight people are designed for people who want to make changes in their business, but are not sure where to start. People are put into groups with others with similar circumstances, production levels, and struggles and dial into a common bridge line at the time of the session. Although the content of the class is somewhat directed by the group and their needs, more general aspects of business such as business planning, time management, marketing, and quality management are addressed with each weeks coaching session centered around a specific topic of interest to the group. All groups meet for a ninety day period or 6 sessions.
